The Revival

So, hey...this thing is still here. I guess it's true what they say: once you put it out in cyberspace, there's no taking it back. Who are "they", anyway?

Regardless...

It's here, and so am I. So, I thought perhaps it is time for a revival.

I used to love blogging. I used to do it every day. Never really mattered if I had readers or followers or whatever, it was for me. Then, as life picked up, I started to lose my special time for blogging. Having kids, working full time, and going to school will certainly do that to a girl. =)

I moved over to Blogger a couple years ago or so, and really wanted to try to keep up again. I think I started this on my birthday, with the intentions of blogging at least a LITTLE something every day. But, that obviously was not the case. And, I'll find my way back every six months or so, drop a little line, and then *poof!* vanish for another half-year. *le sigh*

The silly thing? I'm on Blogger just about every day. For quite a while, too. I'm {embarrassingly} a bit of a....

stalker.

Not of any ONE particular person or anything (does that really make it better? I'd like to think so!), but of LOTS of people, for LOTS of different reasons: teachers, crafters, do-it-all-moms, deep-thinkers... A little bit of everything. And I keep hoping that, the more I read, the more inspiration I will have to blog again myself. I actually have a ton of drafts started, but one thing I have a hard time with is finishing. I think I have a touch ADD...

**squirrel!**

I would like to start back up, however. If I could get one good one out a week, I'd be happy. Of course, I have two other blogs...three, really...that I'm trying to keep up with, too. I don't know WHY I want to have them separate, but it just feels, well, right. They aren't really things that would go together.

So, here's the plan:
I found this blog via Pinterest (oh emm gee...that's a post--or a few!--all in it's own! obsessed, much?!), cherishing hopes and dreams. The post was a list of 30 things to write about yourself. She is doing it as a way to document her stories and personality for posterity. I thought it would be a cool way to get myself up and running again, get my stories "on paper" (so to speak), and let anyone who actually reads this get to know a little more about me by default. If I can get one in a week, that'd be success for me right now!

I will start it in a new post, so that I can link back to her blog, and link up each item on the list *to* the list...make sense? lol Does it matter? =)

Here goes nuthin'.
Until next time,
peace, love, and posterity
